From a family making wine in Bué since the 16th century, an elegant, minerally wine with floral overtones. Organically grown and made with minimal intervention, it is aged on the lees in stainless steel. With jasmine, fresh-cut grass, lime, and pink grapefruit, it is refreshing and crisp with a layer of texture.
