Cyprien Arlaud cultivates the Roncevie vineyard's 50-year-old vines biodynamically, and his sister Bertille plows the vineyard – half of which falls within Gevrey-Chambertin – with a two-horse team. Aromas of blueberries, raspberries, and irises lead, with a dash of baking spice on the finish.
