Operational since the 16th century, Clos du Mont-Olivet is one of Chateauneuf du Pape's most traditional estates. A blend of Clairette, Bourboulenc, Roussanne and Grenache Blanc, the estate's 2016 Blanc shows notes of white flowers, green apple, and honeydew.
