Al Di Là Del Fiume's 100% Albana begins with whole-cluster fruit that is fermented and aged slowly in terracotta amphora, then bottle-aged for three months. Unfined, unfiltered, and only minimally sulfured, this biodynamic wine is richly textured with flavors of citrus, yellow apple, and persimmon. 2015 was a great vintage that yielded perfectly ripe fruit for this one-of-a-kind Emilia Romagna.
